So far, we haven’t seen so much demand for online research, but now, during the epidemic, the market is completely online, and we’re with it.
When starting a project, be sure to ask the agency if it agrees to allow online survey respondents to call you. During which you can select the respondent by asking questions related to the screening. In this case, the sample will be of much better quality.
Talk to the contractor at launch. Make sure to provide respondents with the possibility to provide supporting documents or screenshots, business cards related to the research topic. When opting, at least selectively, you must obtain the full extent of the participating respondent’s confirmation. It will also improve the quality of the data you receive at the output.

Include some questions. “Traps”, or some questions where you need to explain the answer in more detail. For example – “Explain you’re important duties”, or – “Explain your’re important responsibilities at work during the day.”
This. It is good if the company you apply to select the respondent selects participants not only for quantitative types of research but also for qualified individuals. This means that in their database, which they will link to recruitment, among other ways, there are real people who take part in surveys offline or through zoom.
It’s a good idea to write your own research questions. Because no one knows best about the company you work for, its products, and its features.
